ouvert \u00e0 toutes les contributions qui, \u00e0 partir des diff\u00e9rentes branches du droit ou des disciplines juridiques humanistes, en plus d'offrir des solutions interpr\u00e9tatives et applicatives \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation actuelle, peuvent faire des propositions pour pr\u00e9venir, r\u00e9glementer et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, r\u00e9parer et sanctionner les comportements et les activit\u00e9s qui peuvent influencer, d'une mani\u00e8re ou d'une autre, la transition \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
