This symposium on ecological transition and the law is open to all those contributions which, from the different branches of law or humanist legal disciplines, in addition to offering interpretative and applicative solutions to the regulations in force, can make proposals to prevent, regulate and, where appropriate, repair and sanction those behaviours and activities which may have a negative impact on the environment.
